SublimeWare's product are designed and manufactured to the highest standards and deliver high-quality performance, ease of use and ease of installation. If you encounter any difficulties while using your product, we recommend that you first consult the user manual or the information in the support section of this website, where (depending on the product type) you may find a downloadable user manual, frequently asked questions, instruction videos or a support forum. 

All our products have 30 days of warranty, and customers can return the product to us if the product has failed to performed within the 30-day period, provided that the product was used in accordance with the user manual (e.g. in the intended environment & correct method of usage). The 30 days of warranty starts at the date of ordering. In case of online purchase in United States region. Please contact the customer service on the relevant online platform where you purchased our product. Our current sales channels include but are not limited to Amazon.com, SublimeWare Official Website and Woot. For purchase made on SublimeWare Official Website, you can email us at admin@sublimeware.com in case a refund is needed.
